How to verify a Neft certificate or card
Forged cards are a known problem in the oil and gas sector. Do not rely on how a card looks: rely on what our register says now.
1. Scan the QR code
New cards (from November 2026) carry a QR code unique to each card. Scan it with the phone camera or the scanner in the Neft app, and it opens this card's record at neft.sa/v/… directly.
If a card is reprinted, the old card's code stops working and shows "Revoked".
2. Or type the certificate number
On the verify page type the number printed on the card, such as NEFT2026-14576, or an online certificate number such as NEFT-OL-2026-000014.
3. What a valid result looks like
- The name, course, company and expiry date match the card in front of you.
- The last 4 digits of the ID match the holder's ID.
- The address in the browser is neft.sa or verification.neftenergies.com only.
We do not show the trainee's photo. A page that shows a photo, or a different address, is not ours.
4. Older cards
Cards printed before November 2026 carry one static code (the same code on every card) that opens verification.neftenergies.com. It still works and searches the same register. Once it opens, type the certificate number printed on the card. This code alone proves nothing.
